Linear
Set up the Linear connector in AccessLayer.
Linear is a product development and issue tracking platform used to plan, prioritize, and deliver work across teams.
In AccessLayer, the Linear connector lets you query issues, projects, teams, users, and related workspace metadata for reporting and operational analysis.
Before you start
You will need a Linear personal API key.
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- A Linear personal API key

Workspace permissions apply
The connector can only read the Linear data that your Linear account already has permission to access.
Generating your credentials
Create a personal API key
In Linear, open Settings -> API -> Personal API keys, create a new key, and copy it for use in AccessLayer.
Troubleshooting
Confirm that the Linear account that created the API key has access to the teams, projects, and issues you want to query.
Check whether the API key was deleted, rotated, or disabled. If so, create a new key and update the connector configuration in AccessLayer.
Personal API keys only expose data available to the user who created the key, so missing data is usually a workspace permission issue.
